The scientific ways to improve our Brain Power (Part - 02)

Hello there, Hoping you started the tips... I tried The laugh and humor and will tell you the result after the situation happened between my mom and me day-before Yesterday.
Its Mother's day and my mom is soo busy in washing.

Me: very excited to wish her
My dad: Don't wish her now, she is busy it seems
Me: Ehhhh... she is My Mom
My dad: All the best...
Me: Thinking and went to Mom
Me: Maaaa...
Mom: Haa
Me: Mommmyyyyyyyy πŸ˜‡
Mom: Haaaaa
Me: Mommy I want to say something 😊
Mom: What?πŸ™
Me: Happieeeeee Mother's Day maaa .... you are the best Mom 😍😍😍😘
Mom: Oh Thanks and soo sweet, come let's wash Clothes together

___ Mom Rocks😎 Mukky shocks😳😱 ..... hahaha.... it was lit though It all started with that laugh and my Mom's sense of humor is Lit, by the Way, let us know about some more tips for our Brainpower. They are

6) Physical Exercise. Work for more BDNFS --- Exercising is a great method for increasing brain power and best tool to improve focus as many of us do exercising can know the feeling after completing a workout session, if you want to check ask your friends or family member who exercises 


BDNF's- it is a brain-derived neurotrophic factor, its a type of protein which releases during and after the active workout, these proteins will show an effect on the central nervous system, it is the main protein which boosts the memory and brain functioning. At least a walk of 20 mins is enough to develop this BDNF protein. There are a lot of studies from Cambridge University and Oxford Universities for 10 years and they observed that how regular exercise effects on our body and concluded that exercising regularly improves building new neuron cells and it will reduce the risk of getting Alzheimer's disease, it helps in memory power that we reduce the risk of forgetting.

7) Lifelong learning- your brain is a learning machine --- Most of us feel like I am graduated, I had a great job and a well-settled family or I don't need these readings, exams, and stuff anymore as I am graduated, person.


But, The thinking is absolutely wrong because our brain is like an android or ios device which needs updating or else it's up to your imagination for a classic example can you survive these 5G days with a Nokia 111oi mobile which is limited on everything?? If you wouldn't come out of this type of lazy stagnation point you can consider yourself a dead brain because learning is a learning process, we need to get a new skill to value yourself. Pl. take an example of CEOs of big brands they will read at least one book per week but let us consider it a month. Learning a new thing is not like joining into Ph.D. or completing new online courses. Learning something which challenges you and it will reduce the risk of being dumb when you get old. Try to learn which completely depends on your interests like developing a hobby, learning a musical instrument, trekking, skating, etc.. and you will definitely feel the change because I personally tried.


Fun fact: If you learn a musical instrument or if u speak more than one language results in a slow development of Aging.


8) Mental stimulation --- solving a problem actives the brain, stimulating your brain is like Ram in your PC, some of the challenging memory in our brain are been utilized for solving these type of problems, for example, James bond

movies or latest Money Heist series shows us about the more we think the better our brain functions. By stimulating our three brains (follow my old post for more info) can reduce the risk of Dimensia by 75%  (Forgetting things) in mentally active old peoples' study proved by Albert Einstein College of medical sciences.


Fun facts: By traveling, Visiting museums and historic places reading books, newspapers & magazines, Mind games like chess, Sudoku, solving crossword puzzles and mind puzzles, playing musical instruments, dancing or creative arts like painting, calculating small mathematical problems in the brain without a calculator, etc.. improves stimulating a Human Brain. (Try two or more for better results)


9) Sleep and nap --- Everyone knows the importance of sleep and also the results for lack of sleep. Adding some point to it, sleep helps in increasing the growth and development of a human body along with the brain. While sleep,
brain activity slows down. so, new cells will be born in the brain called the neurogenesis process. The sleep patterns will help us to remember new skills for supposing a skill we learned during day time and if we revise it before our sleep will help us to remember the skill or ideology for a lifetime so please add these type of sleep techniques in your daily life to increase the efficiency of your brain.

Fun Fact: If you take a power nap of 45minutes will improve declarative memory (facts, dates, and names)




10) Neurobics-- It is an activity or a mental task designed to stimulate our brain and helps in preventing memory loss, By using emotional power increases the ability of the brain, by using small techniques in daily life can recharge our brain
for mental fitness. This is very simple, by performing a regular activity in a different way leading our brain to come out from its comfortable position. By going into multiple routes to reach a destination, putting on your shirt buttons with closing your eyes, unlocking your phone, or door are some of the neurotic exercises.


Fun fact: Allowing your opposite hand to do things instead of regular ones can improve the stamina and ability for Ex. chatting with your left hand ... with Neurobics.


So Try Practising these above tips and see your own changes
