The Scientific Ways to Improve our Brain power (Part - 01)


Hi friends, hope you liked the previous post. In that, we learned about Conscious and subconscious mind, this post is a continuation of the topic for Transforming our negative Thoughts and Our thinking ability to the next level.


Before that I hope you started following the trick explained before, everyone in this busy life wants their things to be sorted faster than ever. whatever the work it is, still we used to find a possible fastest way to achieve the current task. Likewise, I would like to bring some Proven Scientific ways to improve your brainpower and made it work faster without getting Stress.

Let us go to the Brain Boosting techniques which proved Scientifically

1) Increase your Brain Power through Meditation ---- There are many studies proven that doing meditation daily increases concentration and brainpower with an inner peace that calms down the neurons in our brain.


Don't think that meditation is for old people or it's a religious thing if u had this type of idea please try to change your perception. Meditating for some time helps our body to stable and keeps increasing the oxygen supply to the brain. It helps Our neurons in perfect sync. It is an act of eliminating negative energy from inside and absorption of positive energy into your body, increased focus and concentration will be yours if u do it regularly. You know meditating is not an easy task it needs a lot of commitment, perfect timing, and better knowledge. 2) Social interaction - people are good medicine -- it is a relation bonded from our Surrounding people, Relatives, Neighbors, and Friends, by spending time on working together with them or talking over a phone or exercising together with them shows positive effects, by socializing yourself activities your brain. It will get challenging experiences and gives attention to the work you are doing. If you develop these habits leads to a decrease in blood pressure.


Fun Fact: If you speak or build a conversation with an unknown person, it helps to increase your memory power ... So be an active person and socialize yourself in a limit.


3) Stress management -- The response from our brain is the fastest one because of oxygen sent into our brain. nearly 20% of the oxygen we take, will be utilized by the brain.

Cortisol is a hormone causes stress in us, the more hormones we develop the much weight we are giving. This hormone is a default survival mechanism for our body which releases stress if a body is in an uncomfortable state. If u have stress from weeks or months constantly, then consider the effect of damaging your memory cells. But in this busy life, stress is common for every one of us, we can't avoid it but we can manage it with some existing stress management techniques. By seeing your problems as an opportunity, try to avoid the toxic environment like avoiding the people who discourage you, try to be fit physically by doing exercise, by cutting down unnecessary responsibilities, etc... don't take tensions and schedule time for leisure activities to develop a hobby

Fun fact: Counting from A to Z, waiting for three seconds before taking decisions will calm your mind

4) By taking Healthy Diet/Foods ---- Food is love, without food nothing is there but having the same food with some healthy ways increases your stamina to face.
Breakfast is the first meal for our body and it is the most important task for everyone not to be missed. Research at Wales University stated that taking a high fiber diet leads to lowers depression and better cognitive skills because fiber fills our stomach and we will focus on work without feeling ravenous. Having fish, nuts, and seeds will increase our memory power. so, eat healthy to stay healthy. 

Fun fact: An apple a day avoid a doctor is now proven by beating coffee.. apples are more effective than coffee at waking you up in the morning.

5) Laugh and Humour ---- Laughing is power, Laughing will bring benefits to you in 40 different types, Laughter is the best policy, you laugh- you live, etc are some of the proverbs we used to listen from our elders and Yes, that's
true... we don't need situations for laughing, people are not noticing the healing power behind a smile if u laugh your brain releases dopamine chemical helps to reduce the stress. To develop this chemical we can watch comedy movies, comedy scenes will help us laughter, meeting our childhood friend snd recalling our memories will help laughter, spending time with kids also helps laughter.



FunFact: spending the most time with a comedy friend will boost up your memory and performance
